A Review of Watch Shop UK
I recently purchased a watch from Watch Shop UK for my father. A few days after I had ordered, a box arrived with the wrong watch in it. I asked them what I should do, they said to send it back with the included returns slip. They didn't apologise, which I thought was odd. I sent it back and a week later the right watch arrived. No apology then either, no discount, no overnight delivery for the replacement watch. The first watch they sent me was actually worth more than the watch I had ordered, they didn't even thank me for sending it back. I doubt they will be getting my business again.
